- URLs submitted for scanning
- Scan results and history
- Technical data such as IP address and browser type for analytics
- For guest directory limits, we store an encrypted browser cookie and one-way hashes of the visitor identifier and IP address; public listings include the submitted URL, page title, description, and latest score.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and improve our AEO scanning and analysis services
- To maintain your scan history and dashboard
- To respond to consultation requests
- To improve our platform and user experience
- To enforce directory limits and publish qualifying scan results to the public website directory

代您讀取第三方網站
本服務的核心功能是依您輸入的網址，由我們的伺服器讀取該網站的公開內容並產出分析。
這表示發出請求的是我們的伺服器而非您的瀏覽器，目標網站的紀錄中會看到我們的來源位址與
AeoBot 識別字串，而非您的個人資訊。
- 我們只讀取公開可存取的內容，不會嘗試登入或繞過任何存取控制
- 我們不會掃描內部網路或私有位址；這類網址會被直接拒絕
- 每次檢測要求都會留存稽核紀錄（來源以單向雜湊保存，不留明文 IP），保留 90 天後自動刪除
- 網站管理者可透過 robots.txt 拒絕本服務，詳見 AeoBot 爬蟲說明

3. Data Protection
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Your scan history is associated with your account and is not shared with third parties without your consent.
郵件寄送與開啟紀錄預設保留 180 天。我們不透過開信圖片保存您的原始 IP 位址或瀏覽器資訊。
